Are you a passionate about working with the best in local and regional produce? How about sustainability and the field-to-fork philosophy? Do you have experience working in a bustling kitchen serving up to 600 hungry guests? Are you an avid following of industry trends? Well, we’re looking for qualified chefs to join us in our new state-of-the-art kitchens.


  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • A minimum of three years experience in a similar commercial kitchen environment
  • Ability to lead, mentor and motivate kitchen staff
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • A passion for food, an appreciation for beverage, and a willingness to keep up to date on industry trends, menu designs, local produce and techniques


These roles can commence with immediate start. There are full time and part time, permanent positions available with a generous salary package, negotiable based on your experience.
